- American Breakfast

- Electricity Rate 10 THB./unit.

- Water Rate ( for day use ) 30 THB./unit.

Security Deposit :

- Security deposit during the clients stay in our villa 15,000 THB. on arrival date and will refund to them on check-out date. (If there is any damage occured during their stay we will deduct from the security deposit)

Agent's commission:

- 10% commission from the net room rate only.

Conditions;

- All published rates are quoted in Thai Baht, and subject to 10 % service charge and 7 % government tax.

- Rate of for 2 Bedrooms Pool Villa is based on occupancy of 4 persons, room only per night.

- Children under 4 years; sharing bedding with parent. (Free of charge)

- Baby cot available up on your request; free of charge, one baby cot per one villa

Terms of payment:

- The deposit is usually 50% of the grand total. The balance is to be paid either direct at The Villa Service Co., Ltd. 2 weeks before arrival or up on arrival date. This depends on seasonal policies
