Once you have decided to buy one of our outstanding properties at The Loch Palm you can se cure it by signing a reservation form and paying a fee of 100,000 Thai Baht (Semi-Detached property) or 200,000 Thai Baht (Detached property).

There is then a period of 21 days to review and sign the contracts.

It is important, therefore, that you appoint a Thai lawyer who will understand our contracts and Thai law and be best suited to advise you.

We have compiled a list of 3 companies who are familiar with our contracts and well respected.

 
 
 
 

Ownership is leasehold. The initial period is 30 years with the guaranteed option for 2 more 30 year extensions; so effectively 90 years.

We have set up offshore companies in the British Virgin Islands to facilitate the transfer of the leasehold and to make your investment tax efficient.

All you need to do is purchase the shares of one of these companies.

Rental Guarantee Program

 

The 4 year Rental Guarantee program provides a guaranteed return of 6% on the purchase price of the property for the first 4 years. You are still able to use your property for 28 days per year.

 
 
 
 

Rental Pool Program

 

The Rental Pool program is where you share in the actual revenue received by our Resort Management Company.

Returns are projected to be higher than the Rental Guarantee program but of course not guaranteed. In addition, owners are able to enjoy up to 60 days usage.
